From Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear, Sub Sea and Oil & Gas to Medical Devices, Renewable Energy, Automotive and Artistic/Sculptural Engineering, our facility in Yorkshire combines modern CNC machine tools, comprehensive inspection resources and multi-discipline expertise.

Our capacity allows us to support everything from prototype development to large volume production, with rigorous quality control at every stage.

CNC Turning Capacity

Our turning department includes a broad combination of high performance lathes capable of machining both small precision components and large, heavy duty shaft work.

CNC Milling Capacity

Our vertical machining centres provide high precision milling, drilling, tapping and contour machining for complex 3D geometries and tight-tolerance components.

EDM (Wire & Spark Erosion) Capacity

Our EDM department provides extremely high accuracy machining for intricate geometries, difficult materials and tight internal features.

Key EDM Capability:

  • Plate sizes up to 1030 × 800 × 345 mm

  • High precision spark erosion for deep cavities and tight tolerances

  • Wire erosion for intricate profiles, tooling, and complex component features
