At WKW, we’re proud to support the Armed Forces Covenant — a pledge that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated with fairness and respect.

By signing the Covenant, we recognise the valuable skills and dedication veterans, reservists, and military families bring to our communities and workplaces. We actively encourage applications from ex-service personnel, offer flexible policies for reservists, and work with local organisations to provide support where it’s needed most.
